Jackie Ansley, Owner and President of Performance Training, Inc.,

has joined the CollegiateZone Expert Advisory Board as our resident expert in the field of “Performance Training”.

Performance Training is a premiere training program for athletes. Performance Training uses speed-agility-quickness (SAQ) training to concentrate on improving an individual's neuro-muscular system. The goal is for initial movement---lateral, linear, or vertical---to become automatic, explosive, and precise. Drills are designed to be performed with easy-to-use equipment like quick foot ladders, mini-hurdles, balance boards, and medicine balls. Performance Training builds on an individual's current abilities and training, progressing the participant through different levels of drills.

SAQ training is a method being promoted by Adidas to professional and amateur athletes. Jackie Ansley, director of Performance Training, is one of 10 trainers who travels across the country teaching these innovative methods and skills. Ansley also brings nine years of coaching experience to Performance Training, ensuring instructional innovation and creativity.

We are proud that Jackie and her team of performance training professionals, have teamed up with CollegiateZone to ensure all CZ students get the performace edge and improve their quality of life through proper phyisical specific training.
